How Daily Automation Works:
- Runs automatically every day at 2:00 AM
- Processes the previous day's data for all active locations
- Backs up existing clockings to CSV files
- Deletes existing clockings from EposNow
- Pushes new clockings based on your rota schedule
- Creates individual backup files for each location
